Legal information & terms
This page brings together the legal information for the flamejet.org website: legal notice, terms of use, how we handle personal data and how cookies work here. Please note that flamejet.org is a promotional website and does not sell anything directly.
Legal Notice
flamejet.org is an advertising and information website built around a single product. It presents that product, explains how it works and points visitors towards the merchant that actually sells it. No sale is concluded on this site: we take no payment, hold no stock and ship no parcels. The paragraphs below set out who publishes the site, how to reach us and the rules that apply to the content we publish.
Publisher and contact
[email protected]
For anything concerning an actual order (payment, tracking, delivery, return, refund or warranty), the seller who processed that order is the right point of contact, not this website. See the Terms of Use below.
Hosting
The site is deployed on a secure cloud infrastructure that relies on an international content delivery network. Any request relating to hosting can be sent to the contact address above, and we will forward it to the provider concerned.
Intellectual property
The editorial material we produce for flamejet.org (page copy, layout, graphic treatment and code) is protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, adapting or reusing it, in whole or in part, requires prior written consent.
Trademarks, emblems, brand names and company names that appear on these pages remain the property of the parties who hold them. They are shown so that readers can identify the product and the companies involved, and their presence here does not amount to any claim of ownership on our part, nor to a partnership or endorsement unless one is expressly stated.
Nature of the content and editorial responsibility
This site is an advertising medium. It is not an independent news outlet, a consumer association or a comparison service, and nothing published here should be read as impartial journalism or as professional advice. Photographs featuring people may be illustrative or licensed stock images showing models rather than real customers, and testimonials illustrate the kind of feedback reported to us rather than guaranteed individual outcomes.
The information published is provided for general guidance and may change over time. Despite the care taken to keep it current, no guarantee is given as to its completeness or its accuracy at any given moment: prices, offers, discounts, availability, shipping terms and guarantee conditions are set by the seller and can change without notice on their side. The terms displayed by the seller at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply. We cannot be held liable for any unavailability of this site, for technical errors, or for the consequences of relying on the information provided. Links to third-party sites do not engage our responsibility for their content.
Back to contentsTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the flamejet.org website. They are not terms of sale. No purchase contract is formed on this site: browsing here, and reading what we publish, does not create any sales relationship between you and the publisher of flamejet.org.
1. What this site does
flamejet.org describes a single product, explains what it is designed for and directs visitors to the merchant that sells it. When you click an order button, you leave this site and continue on the seller's own platform, under the seller's own terms.
2. Who does what
The split of responsibilities is worth stating plainly, because it determines who you need to contact if something goes wrong.
- This site publishes information about the product and passes visitors on to the seller.
- The seller handles everything else: taking the order, collecting payment, preparing and shipping the parcel, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranty claims and after-sales support.
We hold no inventory, take no payment and have no access to your order file. Any request tied to a specific order therefore has to be raised with the seller that processed it, using the contact details on their site or on your order confirmation.
3. Product information, prices and offers
Descriptions, photos, specifications, prices, discounts, shipping conditions and guarantee terms shown on these pages reflect the information available to us when the page was written or last revised. They are indicative. The seller can change any of them at any time, and only the terms displayed on the seller's platform at the moment you confirm your order are binding. Percentages off refer to the manufacturer's recommended retail price.
Where a satisfaction guarantee, a warranty or a returns window is mentioned anywhere on this site, it is an offer made and honored by the seller. We describe it, we do not provide it, and we cannot commit the seller to it.
4. Commercial relationship and compensation
This site is a commercial medium. The publisher may be compensated when a visitor engages with sponsored content or completes a purchase after following a link from these pages. That compensation has no effect on the price you pay. It does mean the content here is promotional in nature, and it should be read with that in mind rather than as an independent assessment.
5. Using the site properly
You may consult and share the pages of this site for your own personal use. You may not scrape, copy, republish or repurpose the content commercially, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it in any way that breaks the law that applies to you.
6. Questions and complaints
For anything to do with this website itself, its content or a factual error you have spotted, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.
For anything to do with an order that has already been placed (where is my parcel, I want to cancel, I want a refund, the item arrived damaged, I want to use the warranty), please go to the seller. Contacting us first will only delay the handling of your request, since we have no visibility over their order system.
7. Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the law applicable at your place of residence, and the consumer protections granted to you by your national law remain fully in effect. Disputes relating to a purchase are governed by the seller's own terms and by the law that applies to that sale.
Back to contentsPrivacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is a priority. This policy explains what information we collect on flamejet.org, for what purpose and with what safeguards, in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The party responsible for the data collected on flamejet.org is FlameJet, as publisher of this website. For any request relating to your personal information, a single address: [email protected].
This policy covers this website only. Once you follow a link to the seller and place an order, the seller becomes responsible for the data you provide there, under their own privacy policy.
What data and why?
Because no sale takes place on flamejet.org, the data handled here is limited:
- Technical browsing data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page): used to keep the site secure and to measure audience in aggregate.
- Your email address, and only if you choose to enter it in the restock notification form: used for the single purpose of telling you when the product is available again.
- Messages you send us by email: kept for the time needed to answer you.
We do not ask for and do not receive your name, your mailing address, your phone number or any payment information. Card details never pass through this site. If you order, everything you enter on the seller's platform is collected by the seller and governed by the seller's own privacy policy, which we invite you to read before purchasing.

Your data is kept only for as long as the purpose requires, plus any applicable statutory retention periods, notably for accounting records.
The rights you have
The GDPR gives you, at any time, several rights over your data:
- Access to the information about you;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure of your data;
- Restriction of processing;
- Portability of your data;
- Objection to processing.
To exercise one of these rights, write to us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you feel your rights are not being respected.
